Hows your winter?

It's been pretty cold here, but not really much bad weather. It's supposed to [mp3]http://patcartelli.com/sound/Snow-DarthVader.mp3[/mp3] this weekend. Honestly, after this much chill I could go for some [mp3]http://patcartelli.com/sound/Snow-DarthVader.mp3[/mp3].

Weather.com currently says that the temperature in NYX is - -˚ which I dont think is right. I guess its around 25˚!

Our overnight lows are usually in the low 40s, occasionally dipping into the 30s. Mid day highs are usually between 55 and 65. Most of the days are either foggy or sunny, with some rain thrown in the mix. It's 46 outside right now, but the fog is just starting to burn off. Once the fog is gone it will shoot up to about 65 in just a few hours.

We've had a pleasant couple of inches of snow .

I walked to work in my site boots.
2009-12-18, 11:00 AM #6
It snowed everywhere on the island except for the corner I was on.

I mean, you go to the end of the road and there's a coupe of inches. Our garden? Frost. Nothing else.

That **** is bananas. :psyduck:

A few inches of snow so far, a period of insane cold, followed by some insanely warm days lately (It got all the way into the 40's yesterday!)

Rain. Lot's of rain down here in Florida lately. Luckily that's kept the heat down, but it has been abnormally hot when it isn't raining.

Wishing I was back in cozy old New England.

Try telling that to Old Man Winter. He's come in so fast that Mother Nature was like "SLOWWWWW DOOWWWWNNNN", but he was like "**** YOU" and kicked her in the face with his ENERGY LEGS.
nope.

For a place that gets up to an average of 110 F in summer we are about right now highs 55 and lows 30 F. Last week we had a low of 20 F with a little bit of snow here on the southern Nevada/Utah border......Thats a freaking desert dude.

When I was a kid, it used to be snowing and freezing a lot, so we could iceskate every year. But the last 15 years or so it's just been raining. Winters are getting warmer and warmer.

Last year it froze for a week or so, and for the first time in 14 years we could iceskate on nature ice. (The whole country goes crazy if this happens, millions of people go ice skating)

This year, while november was the warmest november ever, we suddenly have subzero (Celsius) temperatures in december and we even have snow! All of that -before- Christmas, which is very unusual, because if we ever get any it's usually in Jan. or Feb. Anyway, I hope it keeps freezing so we can go ice skating again. It's the best thing.

It's sad that contemporary science is now bending the weather to conform to the climate fraud that the average Joe was too quick to buy into in the first place.
