Just want to know what the most depressing films you have seen are?

For me, one of them would almost certainly be "grave of the fireflies".

I first watched Grave with my then-really-young-and-illiterate half siblings. My father thought it was going to be a children's movie and left me to "read the subtitles" for them.

"Mommy, why are you dressed like a mummy? Why are you covered in ketchup?"

Etc.

From what I remember: "I don't buy chocolate kisses anymore"
and the book "Lovely Bones" was very depressing, if the new movie has stayed true to that (I don't know cuz we don't have it yet) then that would be another.

Harold and Maude (until the end. It's a very depressing movie, but the end is kind of a glimmer of hope)

Anti-Christ or The Road.

Those are the two most depressing movies I've ever seen.
Think while it's still legal.

Revolutionary Road.

I was moody for almost 24 hours after watching that.

Also, at times my own life can take the crown in this category.

Forrest Gump is really depressing, but it's too darn long to watch anyway (imo).

Donnie Darko really depresses me when I watch it for some reason, even though I love it.
Another movie that's kind of depressing is called The Ninth Gate, which is an obscure lesser-known Johnny Depp film that I also love.

The Lovely Bones was very depressing.

I didn't find the Boy in the Striped Pyjamas depressing at all. Thought provoking definitely, but not depressing.

Oh, you can add the Passion of the Christ I suppose. I found it more boring than anything, but second to boredom was probably depression.

Maybe not totally depressing... but not very uplifting I would say.
