An amalgamation, plus a cute little underscore: Daft_Vader.*

It's a pun, see? Yeah. I thought I was some funny ****.

* Contrary to popular belief, my name never had anything to do with Daft_Punk. In fact, I had no idea who they were until someone changed my little custom title to Daftendirekt.

Yectiwan was a character in a crappy fanfic / unpublished EU book. Somebody thought it was a good idea to give Obi Wan a brother... And he was named Yectiwan without a space.... The novella was horrible, but the name was cool so I stole it.

Roxima is one of my nicknames.

Before it was quesadilla_red though...which was the nickname of a fish I had back when I lived in the dorms. >_>

My mother used to play Minesweeper a lot, and she always wrote silly-sounding names into the high score list like "Myucksping", "Snorgrob" and "Flirbnic".

That's right, I stole it from my mom's high scores on Minesweeper.
I'm just a little boy.

The + MegaZeux + ZZT + er

Plus a bit of squishing to make it shorter and sound cooler.

Actually my first name used less squishing, but then I hated it so I squished it to still be recognizable but different.

Well... my FIRST first name was MZZT so I guess it used more squishing, then less squishing, and now medium squishing. Whatever.

FYI Those were the first two PC games I REALLY liked. Pretty good OOP scripting, but greatly graphically limited and the scripting languages are also limited. The very presence of scripting was unusual in level editors AFAIK and with a bit of ingenuity you can do quite a lot with them. Some people view such limits (graphical and scripting) as challenges to work around and so there's always been communities for those games.

At least I didn't end up as The_DFJKer. *shudder*

Oh yeah one more BONUS TRIVIA: I wanted the name MZT but someone already took it on the lame website I tried to register when I first went on the internet with the help of my dad so I took MZZT. I also downloaded my first game mod, a level for ZZT called "Nightmare" which was actually not bad.

When I was like 12 I read a story about a hacker or something named Silicon Toad. I was creating an email account at the time so I based it on that and went with SiliconCowboy. Shortened it to SiliconC in 2004 or so.

If you all need an explanation of where I got my name, then I have no more hope for this Star Wars forum.

As for WHY I chose it, I honestly can't remember. I think I tried several star wars names that were taken and this was the first one that was available on the forums.
Life is beautiful.

Contrary to popular belief, my username predates the game of the same name. It was suppose to reflect my personality. Not sure that it does.

Mine should be obvious. I have no clue where the 9012 came from; it's a random number.

I'd probably change it if I could.

I'm diabetic.

I've pretty much used this or a variation for everything online since I was like 12. Back then I actually couldn't have [as] much sugar [as I would have liked]. Not so much an issue anymore, with medical breakthroughs and all that, but I'm sticking with it.

Well my name is a conglomeration of things. Sarn is a reference to Sarn Badrig, also spelled Sarn Padrig, one of several shingle reefs which extend under the sea in Cardigan Bay on the west coast of Wales. It was here where my parents met while they were both vacationing in Europe. Cadrill is a combination of two elements; the last name of former collegiate head basketball coach of Princeton University, Pete Carril, who has the best win/loss record of any coach in Ivy Leage basketball history, and CAD (Cold Agglutinin Disease), a form of autoimmune hemolytic anemia which I suffer from that dictates that I avoid cold climates to ensure normal operation of my red blood cells.

This article should not be used as a legitimate source of information. In reality, the author has no idea where he came up with his screenname other than to say that he thought it up and began using it while playing various Star Wars™ video games, including but not limited to X-Wing VS TIE Fighter, and Jedi Knight: Dark Forces II, because it sounded "starwarsy".

Well first I was anikan_pm , I spelt Anakin wrong delibratly so that I was a little more unique, mainly did it as the prequel trilogy hadnt been announced then and I was going around on so many Star Wars related forums I didnt want to be another SkyWalker or Wookie... etc so came up with Anikan_pm, and the PM bit being my initials. Only changed it recently to Anakin-Paul cause I couldnt think of anything better, but wish I went over to Millypede now as thats what I use for everything.

When I joined this forum, I thought I was only going to ask a question in the very well visited 'Jedi Outcast and Jedi Academy editing forum'. Too bad, I stuck, started posting in the showcase forum, went away for a long time, and then came back.

My real name is Max, and after I've seen the movies Mad Max 2 and Mad Max 3, I decided to stick with MadMax on other forums.

Edit: God, just started reading some of the first threads I've made, I was annoying

13 (my 'favorite number') ~ XIII

...which, believe it or not, was also the name of the main character in my unreleased "Tales of a Mercenary" MoTS level. The skin looked oddly similar to a red version of Boba Fett... :)
