Wookie06, I did not see you make any threads spelling out exactly how to set up JK to run on a windows 7 computer, nor have I ever, in my observation here and eventual registration, seen you post any helpful information concerning the subject.

You may intensely dislike Tiberium, but the kid is trying to help, and you can jab your finger in his face all you want, but always remember you've got three pointing back at yourself.

Also your post somewhat contradicts itself, you tell the OP to essentially shove off and call Lucas Arts because its not anyone's problem here in the boards, yet in the same post condemn those who create posts that are of no help to the OP.

I am not trying to argue or bicker or cause controversy, your just flat wrong mate. Sorry. No hard feelings.

Yeah, basically, you totally missed the point. The first part of the post was blatantly sarcastic and the entire post had practically nothing to do with TE. Basically I was nicely telling everyone that was being an ass to sTFu while also opining that simply telling him to go to the "sticky thread" wasn't much help either. I personally can't offer sugestions to run the game on Windows 7, let alone 64 bit, since I don't use that yet. When I do, I will be interested in the solution.

That was it Meeztar! I had the jk_.cd in the resource folder and the JKMSNDLO.goo in the main mots folder, when they should have been switched. Thanks a lot man, I appreciate that help.

Now that that's settled, is it possible to make the entire game windowed? haha. Obviously I already have the -windowGUI on the shortcut, but can in-game be windowed?

And guys, c'mon. Its all good, we can be civilized and not at each others throats. Thank you for the help you guys, I appreciate it - and I'm sure anyone else who strolls through here and needs help installing MotS will appreciate it too. Is there a method of posting this in the sticky? Or can anyone post the directions? Its the same as DF2, except you have to move the jk_.cd from the Resource to the main MotS directory, and the JKMSNDLO.goo from the main directory to the resource folder.

Alright, another problem solved. Added a note in the sticky to double check files.
Hooray, another happy JK player thanks to MaZZT

Oh yeah I didn't realize that was that file...

JK_.CD would go in Resources and not the main folder too, but like I said you shouldn't have it for MotS as it messes up the CD check.
