Contrary to the comic, for the two years I worked in food service, that happened exactly zero times with "entitled white guys" and happened all the time with "random black guys."

What part of service did you work in? Were tips involved? Generally speaking in a tip based job, you're going to generally resent the black customers more than the white ones, because they don't typically leave tips.

I mean, please try this with a decent number of people in food service (read: not fast food) and see how many of them think middle aged white guys are the bane of their existence...

I've been working for 10+ years. Every bad customer is a ****ty black guy who thinks he deserves something or a ****ing mexican that can't speak a drop of english.

Maybe I didn't think this way until I worked in the food service industry. I don't hate black people at all. I hate ****ty ghetto superstars who order expensive **** and don't tip. There just happens to have been more of those at the place I worked than these mythical entitled white guys.

Also, in the time I worked at the bar, I never heard a single white person ***** about how long their service was taking. I can't count the number of times I've heard this from a ****ty ghetto superstar.

Last weekend I had two customers in row that were jackasses, Guy number one pays for his buddy's stuff and had two dollars and a penny in change, like everybody else i assumed that he didn't want the penny and put it in the penny holder for the next person that needs it, he gave me the most viscious look, muttered something and grabbed at least 3 pennies from the holders.

guy number two gets all pissy because we ran out of ice over a weekend.

Dude, I've literally had black dudes sit down and order drinks and go "I know you probably look at me and say '****' but I'm telling you man, if you make sure I always have drinks and **** tonight, I'll hook you up... and I know you hear the 'I'll hook you up line all the time' so here's 20 to start. Keep 'em coming." And that dude rocked. His name is Dwight. He would send his friends in and they would say "I'm a friend of Dwight. He told me how to behave in this setting." And they would tip awesome too. It's not a god damned universal constant that black people suck to wait on, but it was a majority thing.

The great part was, the black people who didn't suck to wait on, were totally ****ing awesome to wait on. You know, they were super cool and patient and tipped ****ing huge. But they weren't the majority. I'm not making this **** up, and I'm not a god damned racist. I'm just telling you how it is in Columbus, anyway... And from what I understand that phenomenon repeats itself in every major city across the USA.
