Just shy of 200, I've lost maybe 20-25 in the past month and a half, and am down from my all time high of about 235 from last fall/winter (and about 5' 11.5" tall)

I am 175-180lbs. I'm working on upping that a bit. Then I'll work on lowering it back down.

I'm hovering at 160 +/- 5. I'm starting a strength program son though and expect that to go up to a steady 165 though so I said 160 range. I am 5'6"

Mom said you'd take me to the gym with you, will you?

I'm a bit over 160, and over 6' maybe 6'1ish. I've got a pretty wiry frame.

6'6" and 165lbs last I checked. Need to get back to my strength training so hopefully it'll keep going up.

Thanks!

Squat went from 165 to 240 (3 sets of 5)...backed down to 225 yesterday because I realized I wasn't going fully down (hips below knees), and I could barely do one set at 240 like that. :P

It's all going in the right places, so I'm very happy - biceps up 7/8", chest up 2.5", thighs up 1.5"! I no longer look anorexic!

I am 5'5" and about 62kg, which is apparently 136lbs. Been fluctuating quite a bit recently as I've been cycling every day and my squishy bits are becoming less squishy. Also most of my trousers don't fit any more.

I'm clearly the fattest of anyone that's posted so far (in the 210+ category and only 5'10").

But the good news is a couple of weeks ago my wife and decided we needed to do something, so we changed what we were eating, and I've lost 8-9 pounds over the last 2 weeks.

I'm hoping that once this plantar fasciitis subsides, I can start doing some sort of workout routine to accelerate the weight-loss process. Ironically enough, the p.f. was probably caused by my fat-***. :/

A BMI poll would be more interesting because weight doesn't tell you much unless you know someone's length.

This thread is hopeless if you're not familiar with measurements such as foot and inch and lbs. (How do you even pronounce that?)
