That's what I call it when I make it myself, but it says 'bone broth' on the container I am drinking, so I call it that.

So I'm going to try to be a vegetarian because 1 love, bro, but I would also like to exercise / burn fat / build muscle.

Perhaps at first I should just start on simply burning fat.

... and worry about the muscles later.

I have achieved remarkable results doing freeletics 5 years ago in both weight loss and muscle (to the extent I met at least 1 lady in the pool -- she had these wicked psychedelic tattoos all over her back -- nothing happened sexually but that wasn't the point and we had an interesting conversation at her place with some # -- anyhows, another year has come and gone.

I had a religious experience yesterday.

It involved Pink Floyd, Black Sabbath / Ozzy Osbourne, and Alice in Chains. I know that to some people I probably sound crazy, but we are are past that point already.

I also think I met Jesus a year ago / we recorded a few tracks with him in a friendly studio. he's an American kindergarten teacher turned world travelling street musician, right now I believe he is in Turkey.

I eat lots of Italian sausage for some reason. Sandwiches, or ground with some kind of pasta. Sausages are good. Probably terrible for my health though.

I made some nice spicy fried rice for lunch yesterday for my girlfriend because she's too depressed to properly cook for herself. It had eggs, onions, carrots, paprika, corn and peas. I'm really craving it now and we actually had some set aside for me to take to work today, but then we ate the rest for dinner as well.

It's a NYC thing, where I'm living right now! Started right in Madison Square Park. But I think it's spreading too quickly, especially in the city. It's better than Five Guys, imo.

For burgers in NYC (YES FGR, BURGERS), I prefer Paul's Da Burger Joint near St. Mark's.

I just ordered a pizza online, but I don't know if I got the order in before the pizzeria closed. I have no idea whether the pizza is coming or not. I'm starting to get hungry.
