We need a firefox extension that will put a button next to all results, keep track of which I click, and then automatically add -site:blah for those sites. I am so sick of yahoo answers and experts exchange and forking stackoverflow crap I could puke.

A quick look I didn't find it, but I'm also lazy and don't care that much. However I do have other scripts that have the functionality that would be required, just search the URL for "yahoo.answers" or whatever it is, then hide the parent node.
