One must consider the fact that those areas aren't America. The confusion is understandable as those places have America in their names. The most apparent distinctive quality is that they are much worse.

Modern Native Americans are generally poor, but there are some who have adapted surprisingly well and found wealth by running casinos. Most Americans today will claim a portion of Native American heritage, especially of the Cherokee tribe, possibly as a nod to what America was built upon.
I hear all these things about the founding fathers of America. Can you tell me more about them?
The founding fathers were a group of virtuous people who shared the dream of a better world, a world where people are equal, free and happy. A world where people are free of oppression and tyranny, a world where man is not judged by who he appears to be, but who he is.

The money is called the United States Dollar. As a general rule of thumb, it is worth more than your currency.
