I'm with Kirbs. I'm not quite as apt to notice or be bothered of it, but the point is valid.

The characters are either absurd and over the top, or paper thin without dialogue. The storyline fails to provide any overarching narrative or meaning, and never provides a scope or sense of realism that would make me care about anything I'm doing. Apparently I saved earth a few times by the latest game? Halo has always screamed "Generic" to me. After one hour of halo, you've literally experienced everything the game can possibly offer.
