Yeah, or vodka and orange juice. How ****ing weird is that?

Friend of mine mixes diet mountain dew, grape kool-aid, and really cheap vodka. And he drinks it all night. Maybe it's because I'd never drank before and had a terrible experience, but that stuff was disgusting.

At this point I don't drink anything other than straight liquor/liqueur. Most mixed drinks are pretty bad. Although I do like a margarita. And of course this:

The worst cocktail I've made was gin + manischewitz blackberry wine. I made the joke of calling such a cocktail "Gin and Jews" and was then obligated to try it, just to see the joke through.

It tasted like a dumpster smells. Like someone had filled a plastic bag with rotting vegetables and then cut open the bottom a week later to let the foul, black liquid issue forth.

I recently discovered that adding gin to any kind of red wine produces a similar result, but not nearly as foul as the manischewitz. Something about the sweetness of the kosher wine makes it really awful.

Haven't tried it with white yet.

I can't mix booze with orange juice. I drink OJ with breakfast (I tend to taste the booze in my juice the next day). I'm a straight on ice or neat drinker. I only mix if someone makes me a drink without asking how I like it.
