Music & movies make me feel old...

I'll hear a song, a movie will come on TV, or either of them will be brought up in conversation an then of course I'll say something along the lines of "oh, hey! I remember when that came out. It was just a couple years back."

Then whatever company I'm with will argue that it was 5+ years ago. Then I'm all like "Hell no. That would mean I was (how ever many) years old. That was only in theaters/being played on the radio 2 years ago!"

Sure enough, when we get to a computer & look it up, it came out something like 7 years ago.

It makes me feel old in the sense that, as you get older time seems to just go by a lot quicker. Things seem to have only just happened, then bam... it's a couple years down the road already.

21 has more significance to Americans. That was the point.
