Video Games, CANNOT make someone want to go on a killing spree, that simple. But is said person already subject to that stuff, or has lived a life that makes him vunerable to that content, it can have an effect on that person, but someone who was raised normally, would relize it is just a game, and a fun one at that.

I don't even remember a line like that in the game, and I've played through it pretty extensively. Closest one I can think of is the "Stinking nest of Haitians, we're gonna kill em all." line which a Cuban gand member makes. After all, it's based on the real life Haitian and Cuban gang wars.

Ive played GTA III.. so that makes me a trained specialist in many weapons fields.. and Ill go on a rampage VERY SOON

Ive also played the medic class in America's Army, does this make me a liscenced medic? Is it time for me to go on the battlefields?

Ive been playing Sim City 4 for a while, and have made some AWESOME cities! Does this make mean I'm ready to apply downtown for the new city planner position thats opening?

Ive also played ALOT of tron 2.0. Does this mean Im going to build a digitizing ray and beam myslef into my computer and throw disks at evil programs (well, I might, it would be cool)

No! I can not do any of these things because Ive been playing video games for a while! Just because I can point my moust and click it, does not mean Im trained in the most deadly firearms on the market!!
