What's not plausible? I can tell you that there are a great deal of things that go unreported. The US military would not be apt to relay any information of those incidents taking place.

OMG Taht pictur si obvousle editd! nObodys face si blurrie leik taht!!!!!!!!8!

"au naturel" -They make it sound like Saddam is naked.

I hate the way everyone makes such a huge fuss over stupid things like this. Yeah, treating the guy like that probably violates some treaty/protocol/convention, but people do stuff like that everywhere and much worse things in the heart of our country to other americans(inner cities). They can't prosecute anyone, and I don't think that actions like these are the modus opperandi for the US troops in general. The military should say not to do this kind of thing, and then all the people having a cow about it should go and do something about our problems at home that breed actions like these elsewhere.

"The image shows a US soldier posing for the camera as he pins the bearded dictator's body and face to the dirt.

A clearly-distressed Saddam lies on his stomach as members of the US 4th Infantry Division surround him."

That makes me wanna puke! What an outrageous exageration...dam media trying to make anything into a constraversy!

He isn't being "pinned" to the ground, it looks to be like the soldier is turning him to face the camera since saddam probably was lying face down cus he didnt want his picture taken.

His face is not in the dirt.

Yes he is distressed dammit. Hes wanted world wide and he got caught finally...of course he's distressed wat should he be suckin lollipops and blowing bubbles.
