They should just kill him, plain a simple.

If it's okay to slaughter and eat other animals, why is it not okay to slaughter and eat a human? If the 'victim' wants to die anyway, it isn't murder, and you might as well eat it, put the corpse to good use and all.. The fact that the guy posted an ad sort of shows he's not a murderer; he wanted to eat people that want to die, otherwise he would have just killed some random person.

The key point here is to find out whether the victim actually DID want to die, or whether he was 'irrational'. The fact that he ate the corpse doesn't make the murder (or otherwise) any different. Just makes him a little more resourceful than other murderers.

Mort, that is perverted and wrong.
Humans should never eat other humans.
If it's not 'wrong', then how come you never see like... barbecued human ribs or anything on the menu at your local resturaunt?

Because the restaurants would never receive the money, the greedy family of the dinner would.

'But I don't want to go among mad people,' Alice remarked. 'Oh, you can't help that,' said the Cat: 'we're all mad here. I'm mad. You're mad.' 'How do you know I'm mad?' said Alice. 'You must be,' said the Cat, 'or you wouldn't have come here.'

And what's even better it how hard it's going to be for them to put him in jail. Germany's a crazy place.

Whoah, whoah, whoah. Slow down, kid. Is eating bugs wrong? I haven't seen bugs on a menu, but that's because it's not part of our culture. Don't throw around terms like that.

Don't diss it till you've tried it. I wonder what human tastes like. I mean, lions and tigers and things seem to like it. I bet it tastes like chicken.
