yeah.. uh.. Wouldn't Numetal, at least, be better? Skill wise? Blink 182 songs seem kind of simplistic, like so many other new songs.

Back to the 60's, 70's, 80's! Back when guitar was more than just strumming A 8 times, then going to C, then E, then back to A!

That's how it still should be defined. The label has just been pretty much hijacked, but original goth is still considered true goth by all of it's fans.

Right. And "rock" should just be Rock Around the Clock and Hound Dog...

(though I do get annoyed with the pissweak crap being shoveled about today being called "rock". There hasn't been rock since Nirvana killed it and gave us all this bloody whining.)

Technicality: It says goth metal. Which is different.

Numetal is just a bunch of power chords thrown together and some distortion. It doesn't matter how many chords you use if it sounds nice.
And re: the 60's, there's some great Beatles and Velvet Underground songs that just bang on one chord.

Bah, you're not relevant anyway. The sooner people here figure that out, the better. [http://forums.massassi.net/html/tongue.gif]
