I don't have much time, but here's a rundown.
JKEdit
Pros:
-Neat, intuitive interface with built-in 3d view.
-Comes with GOB/GOO tool.
-Easy to learn.
Cons:
-Hard to make building exteriors.
-Hard to make curved objects.
-Not very flexible.
JED
Pros
-Very flexible.
-Precise cleaving tool.
-Lots of helpful plugins.
Cons
-Hard to learn.
-3d Preview is seperate from interface.
Once you learn how to use it, JED is more flexible, but it's obvious that JKEdit can do some impressive stuff, as shown here.
My only complaint with the level is that the ray of light coming from the window is the same distance from the wall as the one coming from the door. It should start farther out. Also, the other windows have no beams.
