Whelp, the hair could be longer now that I look at it.

I also think sessi needs an overhall, now that we've seen that pic. The white fur seems to be completely misplaced on your model, thus throwing his whole chest area out of place. You should have more room with the head resize though.

Ok, here they are with their head nerfs. Hope their bodies look better because of it.

...BTW, I tweaked the contrast in the images in PSP so the colors might by slightly off. I'll retake some more shots again if you guys want me to. Also, Inuyasha's full demon does not have a sword now because of the whole bit where Inuyasha only goes full demon when he doesn't have his tessaiga.

Yeah, ink outlines would look nice on this model. Inuyasha looks quite good, though the other one looks like having a misplaced chest (jEDIkIRBY's comment).

Well, wouldn't you know it, but I died the day I drove my Chevy to the levy. Turns out the levy was dry. Huh. Didn't see that one coming. _Wolfy

Here is Sesshomaru revamped to fix all of the inaccurate details that were there before. Should look more like the picture Cloud posted.



The changes I made are that Sesshomaru's Armor now has a chrome effect, the fluffy part sized down to show more of the chest, the sash has been corrected to wrap around his armor, his hair is much longer, and his ears have been tweaked to not look so big. Hope this is better now. BTW, I didn't fixed the sleaves to have that double dip like in the picture because I decided that if I were to add that, it might not deform well with the animations. It would be a bit of a mess when he raises his arms up if I weighted them to the torso. If I left the weights to the arms, it would look too weird when he moves his arms around with the dip parts pointing so far out. Because of that, I'll just leave them alone.

As for the ink idea, I think I won't add that. I think it'll look just fine as it is.

Seems like you guys don't have anymore to say about Inuyasha. In that case, I think I'll release him now.

The Inu Yasha one looks quite good now... Sesshomaru's looks good as well but his face could use a bit of tweaking. His eyes should be a little narrower (not so big), and a tad farther apart, with about one full eye width between the two.

Here's a decent view of his face, although it's not from the front:

Besides for the strange lighting error on the ends of his pants, and the fact that his hair is way too short, sessi looks done.

Amazing work, I'm glad you took my usually annoying critiscism and put it to use. Looks exactly how I would have imagined JO sessi and inuyasha models to look like.

Sessy's nose is a bit wide and flat, almost looks like a lion. Eyes could be thinner, and it just doesn't look like him without that faint smile, as seen in the great reference pics posted earlier. Very nice other than that.

Well, that lighting "error" on the pants is because the leg is segmented for use with JO's dismemberment. I can't do anything about that as that is just how smoothing groups work.

As for the hair, trust me - it IS long now. It's down to his knees now. You can't see that from that front (obviously) but it is longer.

I'll work on the eyes and try to make them smaller.

GothicX, I already said I won't do that ink bit. I don't want to bother with doing that.

As for the claws, the players in the game are never going to be able to spot that since that kind of detail would be too small. Not going to waste polygons on that.

Omicron88, he does have a faint smile - its just too hard to spot from the screenshots.

Well, I'm pretty much satisfied with the models now. I'll go tweak the eyes a bit and do one last showcase before I release them.

The Inuyasha models looks much nicer now. Although I could be more picky by saying that maybe the pants should be more baggy (like M.C. Hammer). The same can kind of be said concerning the sleaves.

With the lighting error, is it possible to make the lower leg textures have higher brightness to even it out, or is that not possible?

Oh, and besides the full-on demon version of InuYasha, he looks perfect to me. Anything else would ruin it, unless you want to try ink lines. I dunno how that'd look though.

OH OH OH, and on the other dude, the bottom of his pants, the verticle line doesnt match up with the rest of his pants leg.
