Thats because the lamp you worked on is the one thats held by the statues, not the one on the stairs. And you didnt texture it.

If i can find someone to texture them, yes. The guy who is doing all the other wall weapons might be willing to, but im not sure.

Did you notice you dont need to add bots, instead you can spawn NPCs. They are the same as bots, cept they dont use as many weapons. Either way i have no clue how to make bot routes... so hopefully theres some kinda program to help.

I think that's the perspective dude. At this angle, it would be foreshortened like that. However, without seeing it from the correct angle I don't really know if it is right.

Not entirely, because I'm holding a real one in front of me, at the same angle, and it's not as flat. Just make it a steeper slope.

I'd also curve it a lot more, smooth it out. Make sure to curve the part leading up to the tip a little. Because, really, low poly swords look terrible.

No, I meant get rid of the ugly jagged edges. And the one you posted is actually a good deal less curved than the one for your mod. And has a steeper slope for the tip, and is rounded going up to the tip.
