I need a name as well... it's a sith burial chamber... filename is duel_sith but that doesn't have to be the LEVEL'S name...

Edit:

Eleven

Twelve

Major changes are obviously the crystals, and the textures on the hallway pillars. They're less dark and less crappy... at least to me. The crystals on the bottom of the giant pillar (on the ceiling) I'm not too keen on. I'm not sure what it is about them but they seem out of place to me. The larger ones on the pedastel surrounding the sarcophagus I do like, however. Comments?

I think yellow/orange/red crystals would look better.

The dynamic light off the lava, no offense, looks retarded. But hey, I'm an amateur level editor myself, so, what am I talking about, right? Otherwise, it's a great looking level. The colored crystals really bring out the level, and keeps it from being "boring". If that's even the right term I'm looking for.

Keep it up!

I think either the purple in the crystals or the orange from the lava has to go. It looks like you started with either one and just threw in the other, if you know what I mean. I'd suggest making the crystals red, orange, or yellow.

I suppose red would be most fitting.

Right now they're still purple. But I've been working on messing the place up a bit. Just as an example:

Thirteen

And I really really like the lava, so its staying regardless. It kind of adds that "flashlight under the chin" look to the level... I've compiled it without and I really don't like it.

I think the purple looks kinda nice, sorta evil & sith-ish.

Awesome. It is definitely similar to the great Sith architecture of MotS.

Reminds me of the good ole' days.

Yeah, I like it, too. That's why I suggested to change the crystals' color.

A good comprimise with the crystals would be to pass the purple texture through a red filter (to make them look like the light from the lava was hitting them) befor the next compile. As long as the purple textures are saved, you don't exactly have anything to loose.

Needs to be a bit darker red, it looks like a neon ad now. :/

That actually IS a dark red, the shader makes it seem brighter.

Maybe try making it a bit darker then.

I desaturated it a bit. Its more of a faint red almost pink..

Fifteen

I've also tried a very pale orange, which I don't like at ALL. It seems very out of place to me, and just doesn't generally fit into the scheme I originally had envisioned... (If you're curious here's a shot.)

Ignore the textures on the floors, they're not final.

Edit: A darker, more ruby-ish red: Sixteen

As if I haven't edited this post enough: Glow off Glow on

This is based off of the color in shot fifteen, but with a higher saturation and thus a slightly deeper color. I'm pretty much settled that this is gonna be the final color.

Does anyone feel like doing botroutes? Because.. umm.. I just tried... and I failed miserably.. the poor bot was jumping into the lava endlessly...
