My only concern is that hte muzzle flash looks too much like the old explosion sprites out of JK. It would probably be a good idea to invest in some sort of new particle effect.

Some cleanup on the edges of the muzzle flash textures should fix the problem. Lessen the black, you know. It should then great in action.

Why is no-one bothering to ask how you got away with using that many polygons on a single model? If it's true it could only mean one thing. A new discovery has been made allowing you to sidestep the 1 x 1 cube effect for hi poly meshes. I'm no expert with the internal aspects of the game, but I can think of two ways this might be done.

1. paste the 3do file data from the gun model over the default cube mesh so that the game is tricked into displaying it.

2. the mesh is done in multiple sections that are just under the limit and multiple 3do's make up the model...

now, that was a fairly good effort to make a guess, does it earn any hints?

Ive been working on the mod all day.
The Para is almost completely finished, only the animation for inserting a new bullet feed belt is left to do.
Up until 5 mins ago I've been doing the final BM's since I found Bmut.
Even though I need to get a job and regain my social life, I will devote my FULL RESOURCES AND ATTENTION to this mod.
