I agree with S51 that remaking an old game isn't a good thing, just as it isn't a good thing to remake films. Or walk around with nothing on but a pair of diapers, just to get that feeling again...

It's a game. Some people like the game. Some people like it enough that they want to improve it. So, you don't have to be an *** and tell them it's a stupid idea just because you don't like it.

No I don't just like the old one because it's JK. Like other people said, all he did was add stupid random burns and photo overlays or something. The old one is a much much better texture.

And NO your new texture does not tile well. Sure it technically tiles, but looks like complete crap because it will be horribly repetitive due to the huge burn marks you added in the middle quite randomly.

If you are going to waste your time remaking JK's textures, at least make sure you are a good texture artist.

Zully's attempt is much better, but ya its a little light.

Well, Zullys is the old one tough brighter... I dont say that Im better, but I tried to do something that didnt look like the old, bringing some realism...

But, I dont know if I should stick on to this project... I had a idea about a Starzingermod (An old anime from the 70-80:s :P)... Anyone knows it? Its sentimentaly!:rolleyes:
