Not to thread jack in Ness' favor, but while his photoesque texturing is better, the geometry is worse.

While both texturing and geometry complement each other, it's textureing that makes it or breaks it.

For example, you can have a 10,000 polygon model of a human head that just has Kyle's face slapped on it vs. a 1,000 polygon model of a human head with, for example, Nesseight's head pasted on it. The latter will almost inevitably be better.

Although I like Slaw's model, and personally think both the body and head are fine as is, I think the texturing could use a little work.

To summarize my point:

1,000-poly, well-textured head > 10,000-poly, textured head
Quality > Quantity

Anyway, this is just what I thought of spur of the moment, so feel free to disagree with me. :)

I'm a bit curious to what the character (with the Massassian's face) would look like without the helmet (though I know UV mapping the rest of the head and getting the hair to not seam would be a pain, assuming that it hasn't already been done).

Something is disturbing me about the head, but I just can't place it. I am thinking that the forehead appears a bit too broad.

Is that a patch of black under the ear, or hair? (my color settings aren't optimal for pictures)

using photos of massassians has always worked for me in the past, but u need a 256x256 texture, and a very high poly head.
Code:
if(getThingFlags(source) & 0x8){
  do her}
elseif(getThingFlags(source) & 0x4){
  do other babe}
else{
  do a dude}
