I just added a small fade-in flash animation for the header and removed the big image from other pages.

When I check the page out in firefox, everything is fine, but if I check it out in Explorer, when I hover the mouse over the flash movie, a border appears around it as if I could click it. Any way to remove that?

Looks fine from both browsers for me. It might be the URLs in the tag for the plugin that are making yours do it, but of course you shouldn't remove them.

Looks fine in Opera & internet explorer

I too get a border during mouseover in IE. It gives the mouseover "click here to activate control element". Which I assume has something to do with winXP SP2's tighter security measures in IE. When I click the thing the border stays gone and nothing else really changes.
