A similar instance occurs when the level breaks into the cutscene as the shuttle comes down: my player kept moving (I could here footsteps) -- my player obviously walked into the hall & subsequently got murdered by the stormie before the cutscene ended!

Hanen't opened it up yet -- maybe the player is flagged to "stop at last frame" during these instances?
