Actually replaying the life of Cowboys, Native Americans and the Bank Robbers and other such.

I would recomend a couple of changes to make it more realistic and stick more with the setting.

1. Instead of a .357 revolver a Colt Peacemaker
2. I don't think the Winchester rifles were 30.30s, but I might be mistaken.
3. Energy Clips - Bullet Boxes (didn't have clips for those guns).
4. Power Cells - Rifle shells (different caliber than ones for pistol).

Also some details you didn't mention:
Replace thermal belt pickup with shotgun pickup and the sigle thermal pickup with a couple of shotgun shells.

Another idea - you could replace the conc with some sort of large caliber rifle. Very slow firing but very high damage.

I got a great idea for coggers coming up for this TC and need some work while I organize things. See if you can modify the fog cog to tint like a sand color that can blow around, making it look more wester-like (the dry type enviorment

I'm not a skilled 3do maker, skin designer, or what not. I can edit levels. But here's an idea, why not have the option of a cap and ball musket (or even flintlock rifle). I know that these were before the time period we are all talking about, but I think it would make a fun weapon. Maybe even a throwable knife and tomahawk. Oh yeah and authentic music for the taverns and saloons would make it really nice.

The fog cog sucks. Instead, read about XynJin's method of making fog (as seen in his Nar Level). Not only does it work better, but it looks sweet ant you can make it any color you want!

Its his comppy thats screwed, it works fine on my end... anyways, I was thinking for the train robbery level maybe you chase down the train on a stagecoach or something as it leaves the station, and when you get close enough and press jump, you get a sweet little cutscene of the main character jumping off to the train, then continue on the train, and you have to do the whole mission in a certian ammount of time else something bad happens ( like the train stops and the sherrifs all arrive)?

As you may or may not know, my sig is a take off on an old TV western called "Have Gun Will Travel" about a well educated gunslinger/merc named Paladin who was always fighting on the side of right. A hero who wore black - as quick with his fists as with his gun.

If we did something similar, it would allow for a wide range of level storylines (stop train robbery, hunt down bad guys, try to prevent an indian war, etc). Just a thought anyway.

Wow, great Job all of you. This is gonna look very good. I was also thinking.Perhaps that skin done by exar kun should by a shade or two darker, but it looks very detailed, which is what we all want to see. Some skinner on the team should make a Mexican cowboy with the huge sombrero and the ammo belts crossed around his chest. Should be a big guy, though. Also the moustache of some westerners shouldn't been goutes, they should be regular moustches, but longer, maybe curly!

I was wrong, though. He only shows up as a Bryar Pistol on the pic when you are picking your multiplayer character. In the game he completely disappears!

Oh, and the Skins were darker, but they turned lighter when I loaded the JK palette.

I made a stick of dynamite just for the heck of it. You guys could probably make a better one, but here...


It's made with the Lightsaber handle and it's in place of the Thermal Detonators so it actually blows up.
