It probably wouldn't do anything, considering it dosn't have Pixel Shader 2.0.

Neither does the 5200, but it still does something (unless I missed something and the 5200 magically got PS2.0)

My Score is a measly 812 (leaving me a bit puzzled as i have a 3.0ghz cpu, 1gb of RAM, and an X300. ah well. seems i have some overclocking to do).

Its tempting to run it on my old computer (the 1 ghz i've always used to make my maps), but for the sake of my survival (and not having to shell out $1000CAD to buy them a new computer), i'm not going to bother.

1848 3DMarks which confuses me...thats pretty average right? I was expecting much lower

You can't, you need a PS2.0 capable card, its the minimum requirements just for the benchmark to run. It's not like 03, where it being a "DirectX 9" benchmark and only uses like 2-3 DirectX 9 shaders on one test.
