Valentine's day

Alright....who here is doing something for valentine's day, and what are you doing? I need some ideas...

I just met this girl a week or so ago, so I don't want to do anything TOO big, but I want to do something little for her.

I've considered playing a few songs on guitar for her (she told me she likes it when guys play guitar) and maybe take her out to dinner.

What are you guys doing?

Well, it's bad timing this year as it's our 6-month anniversary the next weekend (going to her cabin in chelan), and her dads b-day is the 14th...so Her, her dad, and I are going to dinner/movie. Nothing big, but then I have a big surprise I'm gonna whip out during dinner.

Yes, I meant that to sound as dirty as possible...but seriously, it's a necklace

Damn I hate this stupid holiday.

yeah, I have no Valentine, as usual :(

I'll probably rebel and have an anti-valentines day party with lots of chocolate, pizza and ice cream. and NON romantic movies like Die Hard (there's that thing with his ex-wife but we'll just fast forward through that) That or watch really sappy movies like the Notebook with lots of chocolate and ice cream with my friends and talk/complain about boys. the first one sounds like more fun though. as long as there's chocolate I'm game.

I was going to buy a rose and be cliche, but then I realised that the girl I love, doesn't love me. Doesn't even fancy me in the slightest. So I guess it's another lonely valentine's day for me.

I'm writing my boyfriend a poem. I might give it to him before valentines though because I have to work on valentines day. (well not so much work as go to the Universal Studios Orientation, so I can get my Universal ID so I can start getting into the parks for free lol) Either way imma have to do that. Even though there's a girl that I've taken out, and would like to do so again, I honestly don't think it's going to happen. I don't know if I should even pursue anything and buy her chocolates or something. I'm quite confused. :confused:

I don't have much of anything planned... Vday blows big time......I have a bf, and it will still suck...I am going on a double date Sunday.... Nothing at all Monday.All I have ever wanted was one good Vday. But it never happens. Last year was the best I have had, but it was the cheesy goal that I want. I am so sick of getting dumped like 2 days before it,or my bf not getting me any thing,ect ect..... Is the chessy night too much to ask for? I'm serious- all I want is a rose,a stuffed animal, a nice dinner, folllowed by a walk , and a kiss...... and I will never get it....:(

I want that too, but you're a little closer, having a boyfriend and all that. good luck with that. :) I would totally tip him off if I actually knew him. or you, really :)

Well, I got the girl I love a plush microbe off of think geek, along with a heart shaped box to fill with caffinated candies. And I'm also gonna cook dinner for her, and maybe we'll watch a movie, I'm thinking I'll pull out the sappiest DVDs I have to choose from for that night.

I'm hoping it'll be wonderful, its the first time I've ever had someone to spend that evening with.

Me and my BF are gonna dress up (for no good reason) and go to fatz and a movie monday night (that one with will smith), cause we need to (aka havent been on a real 'date' since we started goin out... 2 months ago). yah, it may be good to try and have something resimbling a "dating relationship", though i'm not big on it really.

i'm gettin the mail guy at the collage to put a pink envelope containing a poem i wrote a long with a bag of skittles in his mail box on monday. cause he's always complaing that he doesent get mail. And i'm plannin to perminatly steel one of his shirts to sleep in, so i got him a replace ment (it says: Wink, i'll do the rest; and it's black with red lettering), also a large bag of skittles to go with everythign.

and i know he's plotting something himself; he always is.
Laughing at my spelling herts my feelings. Well laughing is fine actully, but posting about it is not.

IMO, valentines day is for suckers. It has been commercialized to the point that its now just a scam for stores to make money. Everywhere I go, I see chumps pising away money on cheap sappy gifts, and I always laugh inwardly at these poor fools.



Personally, I plan to spend valentines day getting drunk with my friends. The only thing I am in love with on valentines day is beer.

sometimes, beer is better than women. For examle, beer never mouths off at you, never wants anything in return, and exists solely to make you happy. What is there not to love? :p
