Homeworld, out of those options.
Such an incredibly unique game. The perfect marriage of graphics, soundtrack, and storytelling (pretty amazing considering that you never really even see a single human character. Just disjointed voices). Great variety among the missions too (Asteroid field, Space Junkyard, Sacred Nebulae, irradiated space around ongoing Supernova, Space Pirates etc.).
Lovely greyscale hand-drawn sliding storyboard cutscenes, and the opening mothership launch is one of the most breathtaking in-game scenes that I've ever seen. It really does look massive and solid.
Same goes for Homeworld 2.
If it breaks, you get to keep both pieces.
