If she doesnt have the guts-or doesnt think im hot enough, -to break the taboo of guys hitting on girls and not the other way around, then I dont bother. Her loss.

If she does come over to me, I will talk to her, compliment her yet remain subtle, and if i like her enough, buy her a drink.

If I was single, and desperate for some sex, I may get her drunk and let things run their course, but usually I wont just sleep with some girl in fear of catching something or looking like a player male whore.
