Just because a large group of you dont like him, does NOT mean its okay for you to bash on him like this.

Man, I must be getting old because I agree with MB. All the flaming is really old.

SF_Gold, if I may offer a little friendly advice: start with something simpler. If you've never realeased a finished game, I suggest you start with something simple like Pong or Tetris, but the key is to finish it. Polish it up. Make a nice title screen and menu, implement a high score table, and even add in some of your own twists. Once you have that under your belt, you're probably going to be a lot more capable of pulling off your bigger ideas, such as graphical chat.
