Yes...fat wise. I was 255lbs. I dropped most of the fat within the first 3 weeks, i'm plateauing as my body adapts to the drill. By thaknsgiving, I should have shed almost all of the fat.

I haven't weighed myself in quite some time. I've been staying at a pretty steady 200 lbs for quite some time though. I'm 6'1"-6'2". Though I may have gained about 5-10 lbs this semester. I just don't have the time to do any exercise of any sort whatsoever.

Kind of funny how all you skinny folk posted on the first page, and all us big guys are taking over the second page. Fatties for life.

There was a time when I was doing judo, playing rugby 5 times a week and mountain biking around 20 miles each weekend. Now I just go hiking and climbing mostly and nowhere near as frequently; the muscle mass just dropped off.
I'm 6'4" used to weigh 15 stone and a bit and now I'm less than 13 stone! With some more frequent rock climbing thrown in I oughta shape up pretty well :)

Eating does not workk. I know my eating habits will come back to haunt me when I turn probably 20, but I can eat practically any amount of any fatty food I want, and I won't gain an ounce.

Try eating a metric-ton of healthy food that will promote healthy body growth, rather than thousands of empty calories and you'll likely find a difference ;)

I never gave the so-called "optimal weight" much credibility (if it is calculated like the BMI) b/c as far as its concerned, 10 lbs of muscle is no different than 10 lbs of fat when compared to your height. This is fundamentally flawed, b/c you could be built like a bodybuilder with < 8% body fat and it would still classify you as overweight. Having excessive muscle mass does not make you overweight, having excessive fat mass does.

Same here almost.

5'11, and anywhere between 130-145 lbs.

I have no body fat, only muscle.
