... t3h chub? are you 14?

I'm reasonably slim, but have absolutely no muscle mass anywhere and a podgy belly. If I ever do manage to start excercising regularly, it'll be for toning, not losing weight.

6'0 140lbs... fook need some meat.

5'8 and 120 lbs, with 4.3% body fat. If I did Roach's routine and dropped 80% of my body fat, I'd probably bruise every time someone touched me.

Not anorexic, either. Just a calorie-burning machine.

Around 5'8" and about 210 pounds. Yeah, I could use a few less pounds...
2005-11-06, 4:57 PM #92
5'11 154 lbs.

I'm a body builder and probally going to become a dietician...though not sure yet.

I have a 2,300-400 calorie diet per day and go to the gym 4 times a week. Yay.

(BTW Sarn, I've seen body builders whom eat 11-12 eggs a day. It's crazy)

5' 8 1/2" and I go between 150 and 165
Fincham: Where are you going?
Me: I have no idea
Fincham: I meant where are you sitting. This wasn't an existential question.

6' 3", about 170. I should probably start running again, I'm starting to get a gut.
2005-11-06, 5:37 PM #95
Running doesn't really help the gut, not like sit-ups do.
DO NOT WANT.

...you realize that exercising a specific region only aids in muscle, not fat burned there.

Um...What?

Running helps the gut more than sit ups do.. Running burns the fat, if you dont run but you do sit ups you're going to have abs but they're going to be under your fat and it's going to look like you've got a big gut.

I have no clue where you'd even get that running does not help from.. That's like... Totally wrong.

Pfft.. I work out 5 days a week in the gym lifting weights and 6 days a week running. I take creatine daily for 6 week periods and drink around 130-200 grams of protein a day. My diet consists of about 1000 calories or less. :p
