...governments are where most of the nation's money is spent...
I don't know about you, but I take your statement to mean Americans give a majority of their money away in taxes. That is false.
...the government accounts for more monetary transactions every year than any other single source.
That's not the same thing at all. Even that statement by itself is iffy, because its truth depends on what you mean by 'single source.' If you're comparing the government to a single person or a single company, sure, your statement is true. If you're comparing the transactions done by the government to the rest of the economy, then you're sorely mistaken.

whats funny is tax dollars pay for me right now and they still tax me the money... at least when im overseas ill get paid straight up so no taxing should be nice, a perk i guess...?

That is kind of funny. No matter how small, you are paying part of your salary with your own taxes. I wouldn't worry about it, though, because you're paying far less than a penny toward your own salary. :p

However you are paying other's salaries so you consequently have the right to demand that they wait on you hand and foot. Do not mention that you also pay their salary.

I'm curious, because I honestly don't know, was Finland's entire industrial structure destroyed in WWII? Well, that is one point, I have to admit. However, Finland was far less industrialised before WWII than at least Germany. I don't know Japanese history well enough to evaluate how industrialised that country was before the war. So, even though all industry in Finland wasn't destroyed like you probably guessed when you made the post, a great deal of it was anyway started from nothing after the war. Yeah, this country was generally far less developed than Germany before WWII.

Well, I'm anything but a history expert, so what I'm saying could be 90% bs anyway. But I had to at least try to give an opposing opinion!

...no. I've taken HS economics--I know that very few tax brackets pay more than even 1/3 of their money towards the government.

Not the same as what? Your (wrong) perception of my post? I said single source because I meant to compare it to other SINGLE sources. Companies and people, mainly.

Honestly, was my post really so hard to grasp that you decided to fight me on it, or are you just trying to start something (like usual)?

No, that just means I know that most americans only spend 1/4-1/3 of their money a year on taxes.
