They keep updating the article, but I hope they announce that it's going to be released on Wii launch as everyone has been saying. Also, it HAS to be online. Please be online.

Not suprised that they will have a SSM for the Revolution. The series is insanely fun.

The announcement that Solid Snake will be in the next SSB just made me finalize the buying of a Revolution (I refuse to call it that other name).

I was going to say that. Mario looks all new, link looks uber new, pikachu at least looks a little more cel-shaded, and kirby doesn't change even a bit.

Mario doesn't look that much newer

Honestly, there's a limit to how "new" these characters can look because kirby is a ball, and Mario and Pikachu can't be any more "realistic"

I'd like to see more new characters. The five new ones will be cool, but I want to see something like King Dedede or the nightmare from Kirby's Adventure, Mega Man, Ryu from Ninja Gaiden, or some other Nintendo or third party characters that appeared on the NES, SNES, or Gameboy. It's still early, so I'm sure they'll add more. I mean, the difference between SSB and SSB:M was quite significant.

That being said, I'm still crazy looking forward to this.

I wanna know what the hell that giant hadoken thing Mario used was. Although I'll definately have to check out Metaknight.

It seems like that super smash bros ball thing he picked up gives him a "super" marvel v. capcom style (I'd think that link's triforce thing and kirby's boiling mario are also "supers")

Let me point something out to you, SAJN: Most of the people browsing this board are gamers. We're avid ones. That's why we're on a message board dedicated to editing a videogame. The original game wasn't good enough for us, so we went looking for stuff to make it cooler. K? Got it?

The previous was a public service announcement notifying SAJN_master that everyone present on this board should have a relatively good up to date knowledge of anything they really care about in the videogame industry.

If I gave a **** about the new Smash Bros. game, I would probably know about it by now. But since I don't care, it only annoys me that you care enough to tell me about it.
