Did you just tell your client to start working on YOUR assignment? No, it doesn't work that way. The client may tell you what he thinks the product should look like, but they NEVER draw up concept art, YOU must do that. If they don't like the result, you try again after taking their suggestions.

Haha, not only did you offer to do work for free, but then you tell your clients that you'll get to it later because you're "busy." Way to come off as professional.
