I have a complex solution: develop a system of pulleys, levers and very fine needles filled with a powerful anaesthetic in order to fool your body into using just one testicle at a time.

But really. I didn't read the thread so I don't know for sure if this information has been posted yet, and I'm in no real hurry to read sex advice from Massassi so if this is a repeat just ignore it:

The testicles produce sperm almost constantly. The fact that you're having sex several times a day does not affect your testicles (outright). It would affect your vas deferens, but IIRC those do not have pain receptors associated with them. Chances are much more likely that this is a mild case of vasocongestion. The simplest solution would be to reduce the amount of time that you are sexually aroused. The more complex solution would be to suck it up and quit being such a baby.
