Ok so its just a Fictional British movie that's coming out, but alas, that'd be a film I want to see haha, I know that's mean (hey I didnt vote for the guy) lol...

Am I the ONLY one offended by this concept? I'm a damn liberal, and I think a movie about ANYONE getting assassinated who is still alive is rather sick. I'd be VERY disturbed if someone made a movie about what would happen were I ASSASSINATED.

For God's sake, that's horrible to the nth extent.

I guess I just cant feel bad for a guy who's got ties to a whole bunch of oil families (supposedly also having been a family friend of the Bin Laden's) as well as taking 50 years to get to Louisiana for help and sending people off to get killed. To not actually wish death on him, but to watch it in a movie isnt such a bad thing in my mind.

WOW. So it's totally ok for me to make a movie about you (because you know, I do think you're a dumbass) being killed? No, it isn't. It's uncalled for, a poor way to send a message, and just plain stupid. There are MANY ways to disagree with a nations leader that DON'T involve blunt hypocracy.

Great point. My previous posts are somewhat of an exaggeration of my feelings and are not meant to be taken completely seriously. I am only trying to get across my extreme hatred of our current president, and I agree that an assassination of anybody is inappropriate.

im not saying go out and kill him, but shoot if you wanted to go out and make a movie about killing me it'd be your right. offensive or not. its a MOVIE. Did I say "ya go out and kill the president" no! but I did say that I didnt care if they did it in a movie. its artistic. like people havent done other movies about regular people being killed. omg alkgdalingld that's soooo horrible. its a MOVIE. As much as I hate the man i'd be shocked if they really killed him, but its a MOVIE so lighten up

Believe it or not, I agree with you.

I don't want to see anyone killed except people that just don't need to be alive, but Bush...meh. If he were killed, it's possible he'd never know just how arrogant and blind he is. He should live to see how his actions screw up the country.

Doesn't seem very different from any other film with a speculative storyline. That the "what if?" element isn't all daisies, fairies and fluffy bunny rabbits is unsurprising. It's been done before using Bill Gates as the unfortunate assassination victim.

HARDLY. You're twisting the logic completely. Let me make the OBVIOUS specifics more clear: When a particular person is singled out in a film that suggestions that person is assassinated for real life reasons, and is a viable modivation that anyone could or would have, it's very very offensive to me.

Speaking of which: I never said it isn't these people's right. I'm saying that I don't find it cute, provocative, or 'clever.' I find is stupid, offensive, and hypocritical, and am annoyed that liberals are representing me this way.

I feel like I'm sitting in some old fat guy's house while he goes "THAT `SOM***** SHUD DAI! DURN RAIGHT!"
