Sorry, I just assumed you were religious since you come off as fitting the mold of a bible-belt right-winger.
Looks like we're not going down after all, so nevermind.

now that i have a regular keyboard again i'll give you my rundown

opening: no title scroll, just a voice over of what a title scroll would say
synopsis: anakin gets padawan by mistake, they have cwaazy hijinks doing jedi stuff, random very-metrosexual hutt, more hutt, baby hutt, droids with guns, and kick *** clone scenes
animation/art: annoying but pretty

overall: somewhere between awesome and okay and cheesy

Well George Lucas is a douche bag.

This particular movie definitely seems geared towards children, and not just because it's a cartoon

If they made a darker Clone Wars, that would be cool. Like Republic Commando dark. I'm not saying "gloom and doom" makes everything edgier, but I can't help feeling the characters look like CGI wood-like marionettes. And I heard the animation of the character models complements that.

Didn't he mention that right before Episode 3, a movie which featured the slaughter of children as part of its plot?

The entire romance attempt in EP 2-3 was utterly fail. Giving the droids silly voices in EP 3? Even bigger fail. They were generally cold, I mean a few hundred just marched right up to the gunguns and opened fire without a word.

I know its supposed to be saturday morning stuff but jeez...

Didn't we all ready have "The Clone Wars" ? Honestly, was the animated (cartoon) that horrible that we have to redo it after what two...three years?
Code to the left of him, code to the right of him, code in front of him compil'd and thundered. Programm'd at with shot and $SHELL. Boldly he typed and well. Into the jaws of C. Into the mouth of PERL. Debug'd the 0x258.

I was talking more about how many of you are shooting holes in the plotlines of children's movies. The entire series of children's films, not just this latest one.

Oh, you're so damn enlightened. God, I take the game so serious that I post on an obscure internet forum. Now I really see the error of my ways.

When Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith came out, many people did not understand how it was possible that Leia claims to remember her mother although she had known her for barely a minute. There has been some debate about if Leia was discussing her real mother, Padmé Amidala, or her foster mother Breha Organa. However, the official Star Wars website explicitly states in its "Q & A" section that Leia is remembering Padmé.

Got that from the Wookiepedia article. However, it still doesn't answer the question of how Leia remembered Padme. I guess this is another one of those "she knew through the force" kind of answer.

The film was funny in parts, because the droid army controlled by the Separatists was really thick so they said and did so many stupid things.

Well that's going to annoy a good bunch of us. I don't have much anticipating or desire to see this movie. The animation style was good in 2D, but in 3D it's just...unattractive. I can ignore it if the movie is good, but I don't have high hopes it will be. The idea of Anakin taking on an apprentice somehow just doesn't seem right whether or not it's an accident.

No matter how hard they try to make Anakin "cool," I still don't get that feeling from him. I don't know if it's because of Hayden Christen's delivery of his lines("I slaughtered them like animals! I HATE THEM!") or the character's development. Somehow I just can't find myself liking him like I did with Luke.

edit: Actually I finally recall one of the reasons why I don't like Anakin. He made Samuel L. Jackson screamed like a little ***** .

Guitars? I don't like the idea of that in a Star Wars movie. Then again I'm one of the few who's not fond of the guitar and rock music of this generation.

Define this generation. Like the emo stuff or the death metal? I probably share your viewpoint.
