I'm the exact same way. In terms of legalization, I more towards it being used for medical purposes instead it being abused recreationally.

I support the legalization and regulated sales of marijuana because I know weed will then become crappy and of poor quality per dollar so maybe I can order a ****ing taco without the guy prompting me to repeat the order due clouded-up brain.

While even the most average of daily foods/snacks become awesome, it's definitely worth it to go all out when you get the munchies once in a while. All day breakfast at a decent pub, multiple Denny's full breakfast orders, or a serious steak in a decent restaurant are nothing short of godly when high.

I especially love the feeling of food squeezing down my throat into my stomach. It almost tickles and is an amazing feeling even when you are completely full.

*shrug* sure. I said my piece and I could care less what freelancer thinks about me. Besides, I don't even have the foggiest idea why he's saying I'm dense (which maybe means that I am).
If you choose not to decide, you still have made a choice.

I think a better question would be "Have I ever NOT been high as ****?"

I think the answer is no.

I think you might have misunderstood the meaning of "good person" in the context. Mind you I might have because it's a crap wording.

:P

I don't mind it and agree that it should be legal, but I just really wish my neighbour wouldn't smoke on his porch and stink up my house every night. I can't stand that smell. :(

Agreed. My old neighbor would do that and it'd seep in through every door and window.

Then again my apartment had a lot of holes in the walls so...

There's economics: legalizing marijuana would create a whole big legal market, AND we'd free up all the money spent on incarcerating people who have it. Fewer prisons, fewer cops, fewer patrol cars, more people in the workforce, more money.

Yes, it's currently my favorite show. Season one was fantastic, it seems like they are kind of getting away from the original storyline, but I still quite like it.

Nah, it's all pretty dried out. There was some big bust recently, resulting in a brief drought, so this is some fairly weak homegrown stuff. The guy gave me loads of it to make up for it.

That's always the case when there's some big drug bust, it doesn't mean you won't get any weed it just means you'll get really **** weed. About a year ago, there was a major crackdown and a lot of dealers would weigh down the weed with grit and sand. The government issued notices to colleges and Universities to notify students that there was a lot of really bad weed at the time which was genuinely dangerous to smoke because of the grit. A friend of mine really ****ed up his throat because of this grit weed.

I love it...as evidence by this person here enjoying what we affectionately call "Nasty Nate" (beacuse we thought it sounded like the name of a rapist, and this thing RAPES). Although with the gas mask attachment we just call it Darth Bong. Cliched, I know

Of course that's not me....*cough* (something that person didn't do when clearing that ENTIRE party bowl). Oh, and for those interested, doing gas mask rips with straight up balls of hash (the stuff we have is Sour Diesel, OG Kush, and Cheeze mixed for those who know strains) is pretty awesome. That is all....

Uh, what? Seriously? Legality does not dictate morality. Ever. If a bill is passed saying that you must kill your first born child, are you immoral to not do so?

I really don't understand how you could possibly think that. You'll have to explain. You really would have to be mentally handicapped to not be able to think at least a little independently and realize how ridiculous that statement is.

I, just, wow. That's such a load of nationalistic garbage.

I used..well beginning to not think that way. That all laws were just and moral and good for us all. That holds true to some extent. Granted no person would ever argue that laws against, theft, rape, and murder are not for the betterment of humanity.

Laws are written by humans. Humans = imperfect and even sometimes sucky. Just because something is a law that doesn't mean that you blindly obey it. Laws should only exist to serve the prosperity and benefit of humanity never to degrade it. And if any law should exist, it should be fought.

However, this does leave the door open to interpret which laws are considered "good" and which are "bad."

I did re-open this because I would like to continue this discussion. However, this should not be about "dooooood I'm so ****ing hiiiiiigh right now" but more about "This is what I feel about our current policy on drugs." If I see people posting "doooood I'm so ****in' high." You ain't comin' back.

I don't think "lawls" are inherently moral, though. Morality shouldn't be policed. The constitution sets a number of inherent morals and beliefs, and then the laws work within that to ensure freedoms and equality, morals we agree to believe in.

The Constitution is amoral. It's ethical. No where in the Constitution do I see "you shall not butt-**** another man" or "you shall go to Church every Sunday." I believe it was the intent to completely separate morals and ethics in the Constitution. Morals usually have some religious ties. And if the Constitution was enforcing morals, it was essentially enforcing Christianity. Yes, most people of the time were Christian but the Constitution didn't readly acknowledge Christian morals. It basically said "these are some laws that should benefit human kind irregardless of religion." It took a while to get things like gender, skin color, and age to be "blind" but it got in the Constitution as amendments.
