from what ive heard/read there are 3 romances per gender. not sure exactly how credible it is but here they are:

male: miranda, subject zero, kelly chambers

female: jacob, thane, and i can't remember the 3rd

Jade Empire let characters of both genders be gay as well, although there wasn't an actual sex scene as far as I know for any relationship.

Pre-ordered my copy of ME2 for the 360 a few days ago. Luckily comes out two days after my last exam, so should be a nice reward.
