1) The statement is not MAY have been captured. It is he WAS captured. It's been confirmed by the US, the Iraqi governing council, etc.

2) Did tens of thousands of innocent people die by the war we launched? No.

3) Hasn't Saddam led to over a MILLION innocent people getting killed? Why yes. Oh, but we shouldn't have gotten involved, so he could still be in power, so more innocents could die. Yes....

We haven't found WMD's, no...but I'm not going to support the rest of the world who are too cowardly *THE UN* to stand up for something that's right...

I read that as "I am stupid and don't know anything about anything." I'm going to take your word for it and not debate with you.

Further, "Right" is a difficult concept but lets believe that "Right" is what the most number of people believe that "Right" is. So when it's 1 country saying yes and the rest saying no (America's trade allies offering to send token troops for good relations doesn't count) that doesn't make starting an unfounded war "Right".

Bush will win in 2004. The democrats cannot survive against this sitting president and should make their time. The democrats may have a chance in 2008 if they can muster up someone with a personality. Lieberman is the only democrat that could stand a chance against Bush in this race, and he'll never get the nomination. Many people believe that Hillary will run in 2008. No, not exactly. Saddam's capture doeant really signal the end of anything, except his freedom. Coalition soliders are still dying by the day, and Iraq is still far from stable and secure. The capture of Saddam is mostly symbolic, and quite frankly should have come a long time ago.
