Why does everyone seem to think that race is only color of your skin? Each race has a culture just like each country has a culture. People are influenced by their race because there is a certain culture that goes along with it. Just like Americans are influenced by their culture.

This is what we call racism. Unless you are using race in terms of it's definition that implies culture, in which case you are saying "culture influences people because of culture" Race has nothing to do with culture. Basically you are saying: All arabs are terrorists. This is not true. SOME arabs are terrorists, because that's part of their culture, however this is not always the case. All black people are thieves and murderers because blacks are a large part of gang culture? Good work Duke, thanks for clearing that up.

[Edit: My point, which I have already stated, is that large parts of a certain race may belong to a certain culture, and vice versa, but all cultures have representatives from all races, and vice versa, and claiming anything more than that is racism.

Why is racism not acceptable while discriminating against culture is?

On one side you have a nazi who hates all blacks bcus they are thug criminals. Yes, many blacks are thug criminals, but not all of them, so discriminating against the whole race is completely wrong.

On the other side you have an anti-american who hates all americans for being arrogant and ignorant. Yes, many americans are arrogant/ignorant, but not all of them, so discrimnating against the whole culture is completely wrong.

KEEP IN MIND THAT I AM NOT SAYING RACISM IS OK I AM SIMPLY REFUTING YOUR IDEA THAT HATING A CULTURE IS NOT AS BAD AS HATING A RACE.
