The porn sites will just move to other countries where things are less regulated. This is aimed at stopping child porn but I think most online child porn originates outside the U.S. anyway, so really, what do they hope to accomplish?

But downloading MP3 doesn't hold a 5 year jail sentence if convicted. Websites don't have MP3s on them like they use to, you can't get on Yahoo and search for the newest MP3 like people could with Napster. If these sites are asked to view records and can't have them, jail time.

There is nothing wrong with looking at porn. Seriously, women need to understand that the vast majority of all men who look at porn don't view the woman in the porn as being anything beyond what they see. Yes, guys do say "Wow, she is hot" or something, but it's not like they are ever going to see her/have that kind of interaction with her. I read a woman's take on this a couple years back, she worked in an adult video store so she saw alot of the craziest people around. She said it is basically like eating a cheeseburger when a guy is hungry. Women shouldn't get so upset, it's just there and they view majority of porn as faceless women.
