First words in my mind when I read the main page "Aww f--- no" [http://forums.massassi.net/html/frown.gif] I really admired the guy, wasn't that bad of a JK gunner either. Even for an on-line community of Star Wars fans and the like, I feel like someone in a circle of friends is gone.

May you rest in peace MaDa.

Even though I diddn't know him very well, I spoke to him in the chat a couple of times and he seemed like a really great guy. I love his levels and always loved his posts in the showcase forum.

Goodbye MaDa, You will be greatly missed.

Extreamly sorry to hear, pass on my condolences. he was a cool guy. I remmber pretty much the only thing I ever asked him was "How do you make your textures?"

I should've got to known him better [http://forums.massassi.net/html/frown.gif]

Rest in peace MaDa, Rest in peace.

Despite my (overly) harsh criticsms of his levels, he still helped me out and made one of my own maps possible. I too had assumed his condition had improved...

Rest in Peace.

I just wanted to say, again, thank you everyone for your support, and sympathy. I know it makes me feel a little bit better.

I also just want to add a note that his condition was in fact improving, like most of you thought. But unfortunately his condition did start getting worse again, so it's not like it was/is wrong to assume he was getting better. There just wasn't anyone to really update on his condition. I would've done it, but I didn't know what he wanted you guys to know, so I didn't. But now that he has passed, it has pretty much become public knowledge, so I posted this.

I remember the day he came on saying he was having headaches...

We'll miss you MaDa, hope you've gone to a better place and that your family and friends are coping with it. This must be a hard time and though there's not much we can do as individuals, hopefully our community response will let his family know he was widely respected and achieved a lot as far as his peers were concerned and he had such a profound impact on us with his passing.

Goodbye MaDa, I'll be reminded of you every time I pass Mada Road.

Thanks FCTuner.

RIP Adam you will never be forgotton on the Massassi Temple or in the lives of family and friends.

I never really knew MaDaVentor all that well, but I saw his levels and his textures (which have to be among the best ever made) and spoke to him a few times on and off in #massassi. He was always very friendly, and very encouraging when I told him I was thinking about going into JK editing. I never quite mastered JED beyond making boxes with rectangular corridors, but I still remember the hints and tidbits of advice he gave me.
On October 12, 2000, I lost my grandfather, one of the best friends I ever had in this world, to a combination of brain, liver, and kidney tumors. I know what it is like to lose a family member without warning, and I offer my sincerest condolences to his family.

Rest in peace, Adam. You've earned it.

I don't feel that I have the right to be too personal in this message since I didn't know Adam so well, but before his first surgery, I tested a few levels with him and talked to him a little on ICQ. He was a really nice guy and I am very sorry that he has passed away. I give my sincere condolences and wish all the best to the rest of his family.

This is the first time I've ever had my heart sink while visiting massassi [http://forums.massassi.net/html/frown.gif]

Wow, I have all of MaDa's textures sitting on my comp. His first textures were pretty horrible (hehe), but he was a very fast learner. I was impressed at how quickly his skills improved.

My condolences to his family. Adam will be greatly missed. Here are a few good scriptures of comfort.

Archeologists near Mount Sinai have discovered what is believed to be a missing page from the Bible. The page is currently being carbon dated in Bonn. If genuine, it belongs at the beginning of the Bible and is believed to read "To my darling Candy. All characters portrayed within this book are fictitous and any resemblance to persons living or dead is purely coincidental." The page has been universally condemned by church leaders.

I feel terrible. Madaventor was a very good person, he helped me a lot with textures and levels when i needed it. I talked to him a lot about stuff that might be going on in my life that i needed help with and he was always there. God bless his family. I believe he is still here with us.

As much of a dick as I generally am to people, MaDa and I were still fairly friendly. He helped me a great deal when I was starting out texturing things and was a generally nice guy, always eager to help. It's sort of ironic, I started using his Winamp skin again recently, even before I knew he'd died. In any case, he will be sorely missed. My heart goes out to his friends and family, may he rest in peace.

Some of you may remember me. I used to be a regular here at massassi but Ive retired from the JK games since then, (my screen name is Silenced_Fury and I mostly play BF 1942 if any of you have seen me.) but I returned immediately to pay my tribute when I heard the news.

May he rest in peace and his friends and family in prayer.

We will always remember you and your great work here MaDa.
