Yes. I am single. I have ended a two year relationship with Jess after I learned that she cheated on me (repeatedly) a few months ago, shortly before she got pregnant with "my" child*. I put quotations here because I am quite convinced by now that that child is not in fact mine but the other dudes. Anyways, i didn't make thread because I'm not one to share my sadness / pain. I only share my happiness.

I am happy that I don't have saggy nipples.

Now BACK TO FEMALE SLAPPIN'!

Trust me... hitting girls makes you lame. Its like picking on a child you being a full adult. Just stay away from girls who try to make trouble, or have fun with them if you know how to use words. Play along with them, or call them crap back. I never have found myself in a situation like this, so I don't know if this is good advice.

The danger comes when you consider females as a "lower" person. When you start to think of them as lower than a man in terms of physicality, you run the risk of deminishing women in other areas, which is just stupid.

It's not as a "lower person" -- but you take typical woman and a typical guy, and the guy will be a /lot/ stronger. It's just how it is.

Meh, I'm fairly big, I could probably keep most girls at arms length from me and be fine. Otherwise, having done judo for six years, I could probably just make her fall flat on her backside and walk off.
Frankly I think most guys could do that, no need to hit someone unnecessarily.

I hit girls all the time! granted this is in TKD... and mostly i'm the one getitng hit >.> but back msotly on track, i will hit a girl if necessary. i've actually never gotten in a real fight in my life (sparring obviously doesn't count), and so i haven't had the chance to actually ujse this, luckily. but if a girl has the guts to attack me (and trust me, it takes a lot. anyone who knows me knows i can take a ton of pain and am very strong), i'm going to hit back. i know from TKD that a girl can fight jsut as well as a guy, so not to relatiate would be considering them below me, and degrading. after losing repeatedly to a good number of the girls in class i know this is a horrible idea :p

yes, i do, because they're more skilled, have better techniques, faster reactions, and are faster in general. I'm not saying i lose all the time to fellow yellow belts, i jsut beat two blue belts earlier today (two ranks above me, if you don;t know the colors), but the red and black belts in my class can run circles around me any day. Some main points of TKD are skill, balance, and control, so that a smaller person can use thier body and control of it to defeat a larger opponent. this is a rahter common theme of martial arts, i believe. At least at the higher belt levels, a girl and guy of the same belt should be very closely matched in a spar.

Yes, I would have no qualms about hitting a woman if the situation called for it because I wouldn't be hitting a person due to their gender, I would be hitting them because they're a human being that needs a shot to the mouth.

I've never actually had to hit anybody though so it would probably take a truly extreme situation for that to happen anyways.

Not under any circumstances. My personality is such that if I allowed myself to strike back, I would end up doing serious damage. Aside from which, I was brought up to believe that a man's job is to protect women if they should require it. I'm sure that makes me a male chauvinist pig or whatever, but I do not care.

Incidentally, I would only hit another guy if they really, really, REALLY deserved it.
