Awesome! Same here. My coach usually wants people to learn foil, but I got hooked on epee first.

Well my coach does...but outside the fencing salle you mean? I really don't think so outside the playful joking area, but I don't want to start...or continue or whatever a fight on the double standard, because it will get very tedious if I get involved in it

Obi_Kwiet can use an epee as long as I get to use a quarterstaff or a claymore. I'd be fine with that.

I guess it is a fair assessment of the situation.
In retrospect, my suggestion was rediculous, and not as funny as I thought it was.
