Ignore Kuat. If you compare Burger King, Mc Donalds, and Wendy's overall food and health factors, the order is easy.
Wendy's is #1 because it's burgers are made with REAL beef. Actual 100% real beef. The entire burger is beef. Wendy's also has the freshest vegetables of all the fast food chains. Wendy's is the closest you can get to eating a real burger with fast food.
Burger King is #2 because it uses more beef than McDonalds and it also has pretty decent standards for it's vegetables as well as the way their burgers are made.
McDonalds is dead last because they use the least ammount of beef, the burgers they serve rarely have fresh vegetables, and the other stuff in their burgers is just disgusting. I haven't eaten at a McDonalds for over six years now.
Overall I'm pretty sure none of it is really healthy for you, but the healthiest and best tasting would have to be Wendy's
