Actually a gun thread.

Remington 870. 20" cylinder choke. 6 shot magazine.. It still has the stock bead sight on it, but I am going to get an XS big dot put on. I thing I might get a light to attach to the magazine extension. The sling is a BFG contractor pack set up as a one point.

I named her Abigail and I keep her in my trunk. :awesome:

Also I bought those shoes. If you feel the need to hate on my firearms, discuss my shoes instead. Haters.

Post your recent purchases of any type.

Hot. Damn I want to get back into paintball.

I'll likely be posting Rock Band in the next couple of days. I shouldn't buy it until a couple of weeks from now because I have three massive projects due and other various assignments, then finals after all of that, but I'm pretty weak willed and apathetic.

Theres a brown one from the 08 Line of Egos, but I can't bring myself to drop $1300 on something that I'll use for recplay instead of tournament play.

Curse my contract for tournament play haha.

I love this thing. Had it for a couple weeks, makes all the difference in the world compared to a stick alone.

Canon SD1100 8.0 MP, 3x Optical Zoom, Image Stabilization - Brown

Admittedly not very exciting to camera buffs, I was forced to purchase it when my Niece broke my Canon SD600 on Easter. Point and click fun.

Got it through redtagsavings.com. By talking to customer service, I got a full 5-year warrenty for $250 (ended up being $79) off, a free case, a 12-cell battery for the price of an 8-cell battery, and free next-day shipping.

Phillips portable minispeakers from the Woot-Off.

I was abhorred by the 6 AAA battery requirement but it was cheap ($9.99 plus shipping ... compared with ~$30+S&H on amazon) and was pretty solid otherwise.

Pics

Just got it yesterday. The game's fun, but it's better with co-op. Graphics are sub-par to CoD4 AND Ghost Recon: Advanced Warfighter 2, which is funny, since Vegas 2 stole many of its ideas from that game.

I read in article offhand that the ability to sprint is "new" in Vegas 2. Did they actually remove running in the first Vegas?

I never ran in the first Vegas. I always walked slow and found cover. So I don't think they had running in there.

And yes, the game is almost identical except a few things:

1. A.C.E.S. system! Love it. Basically, you unlock weapons by actually...you know...using that style of weapons. Each time you kill someone at a long range, you get a marksmen point towards unlocking the next thing. Using a pistol, or killing someone point blank, you get CQC, etc.

2. Online is actually good. You can customize your character and the experience system in offline is the same as online, so anything your character unlocks can be used in both.

had them for a few months now while I've been skiing. Decided to buy them instead of renting for the season because I'll most likely get a minimum of 2 probably 3 seasons out of them with a lot of usage.

awesome ski's, love'em to bits, only problem is that I have become very protective over them and give anyone evils who ski over them with their ski's when waiting in queues for lifts/just waiting around....my mates are getting worried :D

Can't really post a picture of scuba lessons, but that's what my bonus 300 on tax rebate went to.
But I'm sure that means I'm buying fins/boots, mask, gloves, knife, etc....But I'm gonna wait on that until the lessons are over so I know what to get that would suck

Have not bought anything (other than food gas etc) in about a year. Saving money.
