The United Regions of Dave can assure you that the neighbouring state of netheregions are indeed a geographical area, however they are just a small group of hillpeople that live in the mountains nearby that broke off our nation many years ago that dislike our plans to enter the arms business. Their name is a constant punchline for our comedians and we thank them for it.

I got a partial implementation here: http://www.mzzt.net/cwc/

You can register and make weapons, that's about it for now. Still have to do buying and firing weapons, and then I'll move on to the non-essential profile pages and profile editing. And a big reset button since there is no end-state either.

I don't intend for this to be used for any CURRENT games, but for new ones. Or something.

Rules need to be tweaked a bit IMO, EX Pommy's weapons have little R&D cost but he can still earn as much as anyone else and they can still do as much damage when bought and fired in bulk. Solution would be to either restrict the number of other player weapons you can own at once, or to make it that you can't fire more than one weapon at a time until someone else fires a weapon, then you can fire another.

The rules likely do need to be tweaked, but I'd like it played at least a couple more times before I figure out what I think needs tweaking. So if any of you want to try and take advantage of anything you think can be exploited in the game next time, by all means, do so.

Also, I'm excited to see MZZT's coding at work. :)

And, why can't we just *agree* to not be stupid and register multiple accounts? I know trusting the user is one of the more idiotic things to do when developing but in this case you're directly interfacing with the only, and very small collection of, users.
